Private Transfer Cancellation & Refund Policy

For Deposit of Specific Vehicle Model (Vans & Limousine)

  • Cancellation fee: 500.000 VND per way if canceled more than 48 hours before departure.
  • Non-cancellable (less than 48 hours before departure)

For Full Payment in Vietnam Public Holidays

  • Refund 50% excluding fee (more than 48 hours before departure)
  • Non-cancellable (less than 48 hours before departure)

The Refund Information

Cancellation fees do not include the payment expense. Total refund = total payment – cancellation fee – payment expense (if any).

The refunds are transferred into your bank accounts, debit cards, credit cards, or other accounts that you used to book the tickets.

All refunds are processed automatically when canceling tickets. Normally your banks will take a few days to credit the refunds

Bus Ticket Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Show up 30 minutes at the office/ticket counter/bus station before for check in
  • Show off Confirmed Email before boarding
