We understand that delays can happen, so we do not charge extra when your flight is delayed.
We do not charge night pick up fees on all routes.
We offer a grace period of 30 minutes for one-way transfers for any activity. After this grace period, a fee of 100K VND is charged for every additional 30 minutes of waiting, ensuring that our services remain prompt and efficient.
⦁ For 4 – 7 seats car, you don’t need to make a deposit.
⦁ However, for Vans & Limousine, due to limited availability, you will need to make a 50% deposit to secure your trip
In the Peak Seasons, a surcharge of 300k – 500k VND/way is applied to pay our drivers extra during these busy periods.
